I pride myself on communication. My clients value my accessibility and reliable timely replies, particularly when something last minute comes up and they need accommodations fast. Being Autistic, texting is the best (and my preferred) means of communication. Speaking on the phone can sometimes become overwhelming (particularly when instructions are involved) as I am hyper-focused on not missing a single detail. Typing my communication helps me mitigate a level of social anxiety that comes from being Autistic and has the added benefit of making me extra thorough because I automatically have a written reference for your pet's care!
